Group ride January 2019 (road)

This January we invite you to a group ride to warm up the new season by doing what we like the most: pedaling in a road bike. Next Saturday January 19th at 9:00am we will ride from our shop to Ullastrell. The route is about 85km with 1500 meters of climb (52,8mi 4920feet).

We’re going to start at 9 o’clock so we recommend to be there a little bit before, specially for those who want to take a coffee before starting to ride.

The route has 3 climbs, on the way to Ullastrell and the way back we’ll climb la Creu d’Olordola (the road to Molins de Rei). From Molins we go to Martorell and from there we’ll head to Olesa de Montserrat. Before arriving there we’ll turn right to face the climb to Ullastrell (10km 3%). From there we’ll do the way back to Molins through Castellbisbal to do the last climb back to Barcelona.

If someone wants to join a little bit later we will be at the Via Augusta roundabout around 9:15 (please, in that case, contact to xavi@terrabiketours.com).

The average speed of the ride will be around 23km/h. Everybody is more than welcome to join the ride, either with their own bikes or with one of our Rental Canyon Bikes.
