The tours have been designed and reviewed by our expert local guides with several years of experience and great knowledge of the territory and places of interest to the visitor. The aim is to turn cycling holidays into a discovery of the territory with a variety of routes and landscapes and with the best accommodations that the visited area provides. Although in Spain the drivers are surprisingly respectful with cyclists, the goal of our routes is to avoid roads with high traffic on the roads. In the hybrid bike routes, you try to avoid the roads to the fullest by rural roads, green roads or very secondary roads and in the mountain, routes are always on tracks and trails avoiding asphalt.
In the information delivered not only are presented the general maps of the trip but also small maps with details of passage in the most important towns, recommended restaurants for lunch or dinner, places to visit such as museums, ruins, vineyards, special beaches, emblematic buildings or places with special interest for the cyclist. We also provide a list of bike shops where you can go in case of serious damage, but we always ask to call us first in order to guide you to the proper shop or maybe send one of our bike mechanics or guides that may be around the area. In Spain the most popular areas for this type of travel are Catalonia, La Rioja, Andalusia, the Basque Country along with all the Cantabrian and the islands such as Mallorca, Tenerife, Gran Canaria or Lanzarote. And of course, after the film it is very popular to ride or walk “El Camino de Santiago”.
